Talking to those that can help
Integrity Media is a publishing company that aims to help facilitate its authors to create works of literature that help heal and can serve to inspire and motivate others. We are not, nor do we aspire to be or present ourselves in any way as professionals trained to offer any services to those suffering mental health issues. We are simply a team of individuals who have acknowledged the potential for self-healing that can be achieved through the act of creative writing.
If your needs go beyond Integrity Media’s objective or if you need structured support, then below is a list of some organisations advertised by the NHS as of February 2021 who may be better placed to support you. Please consult NHS.uk directly for an up-to-date list.
